Lets talk about what a Blow-Your-Own is!

Whether this is your first time doing a Blow-Your-Own (BYO) or your yearly tradition with your family, you will enjoy and remember each experience.

Once you've decided which BYO project you would like to create, you will then select which colors you would like to work with and which color application is right for you. Our professional glassblowers will remove a small amount of clear molten glass that is around 2,000 degrees from our furnace. The next step will be to apply the color, melt it in and manipulate it so that you may blow your glass into the desired shape and size for your BYO. Once the glass is blown and formed we will put it into a kiln that is approximately 1,000 degrees so that your glass will be able to cool down slowly without cracking. This part of the process takes about 24 hours. Once your BYO is removed from the kiln we inspect it to ensure there are no cracks or imperfections. It is then wrapped, packaged and labeled for your pick up.

Unsure if you can make it back to the shop, no problem. We will hold your BYO for you till you can pick it up. Or if you're one of our many visitors from out of town, we can even ship it to you!
